Welcome to the Des Places Educational Association Ltd (DEA).

The DEA is Patron of the 8 schools and colleges of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit in Ireland, as well as being a joint Patron of Holy Family Community School, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

Schools under the sole patronage of the DEA provide Catholic education in the Spiritan (Holy Ghost) tradition for over 5,000 pupils.

Congratulations

DEA Middle Leadership Course
The DEA Middle Leadership Course begins on Wednesday 22nd September at 4.00 in the Tara Towers Hotel, Merrior Road. Participants will be contacted by the Education Officer in early September with confirmation details.

DEA Photography Competition
In September the DEA will launch a photography competition for Senior College students. The theme this year is CELEBRATION. Application forms and details will be available on the website and in the schools from early September. The closing date for entries is November 8th 2010.

Willow Park New School Building
Willow Park Junior School will celebrate the official opening of their new school building on Friday 7th May at 2.00 with a blessing by Archbishop Diarmuid Martin.
