Welcome to the Des Places Educational Association Ltd (DEA).

The DEA is Patron of the 8 schools and colleges of the Congregation of the Holy Spirit in Ireland, as well as being a joint Patron of Holy Family Community School, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

Schools under the sole patronage of the DEA provide Catholic education in the Spiritan (Holy Ghost) tradition for over 5,000 pupils.

Leaving and Junior Cert results

Fr. Aidan Lehane RIP
FR AIDAN Lehane, who has died aged 85, held senior administrative and teaching positions at all five Spiritan (Holy Ghost) colleges in Ireland – Rockwell, Blackrock, St Michael’s, St Mary’s, Rathmines and Templeogue.

National RE Congress 2011
The National Religious Education Congress takes place this October with the theme: Come Be Nourished – Share the Good News! The Congress will take place in the Brandon Hotel, Tralee, Co. Kerry.

International Eucharistic Congress
Pope Benedict XVI has given his formal approval to the theme proposed by Archbishop Martin for the 50th International Eucharistic Congress: The Eucharist: Communion with Christ and with one another. The Congress will take place in June 2010.

Forms are now available for admission to our three Junior Schools: St. Mary’s College Junior School, St. Michael’s College Junior School and Willow Park School.
